Chat and account help

Include your app version and a description of the issue. Do not email passwords, verification codes, payment details, or sensitive conversation content.

Subscriptions

In the app, open Settings → Plan to restore purchases or manage an existing subscription. You can also manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Privacy and deletion

Manage AI permission and request account deletion in Settings → Account. Access is disabled immediately; cleanup normally completes within 72 hours. Reopen the app to check completion. Contact us if you cannot access your account or need privacy assistance.
